1. Who we are

The AI Bloke Pty Ltd, based in Australia. We provide an AI marketing management service. Contact: nick@theaibloke.com

2. What we collect

  • Mobile number — used for authentication (OTP via SMS) and WhatsApp communication if selected.
  • Business name and email — provided during onboarding for billing and communications.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads data — campaign performance, spend, and account structure fetched via OAuth with your permission.
  • Message history — messages between you and Hermes (our AI) across all channels.
  • Usage data — page views and feature usage via PostHog analytics.

3. How we use it

  • Running advertising audits and generating recommendations
  • Executing campaign changes you approve
  • Billing via Stripe
  • Communicating with you via your chosen channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or portal)
  • Improving the service

4. Who we share it with

  • Supabase — database and authentication (data hosted in AWS Sydney)
  • Anthropic — AI analysis of your advertising data
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Twilio — SMS OTP and WhatsApp messaging
  • Pipeboard — managed API connectors for Google Ads and Meta Ads

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. On cancellation, you may request deletion by emailing us. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request, except where required by law.

6. Your rights

Under Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact nick@theaibloke.com.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored with service-role access only — they never reach the client. We use Supabase RLS to ensure clients can only access their own data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via your chosen channel or email.
