The AI Bloke Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered marketing management service that audits your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, proposes optimisation recommendations, and executes approved changes on your behalf.
By connecting your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, you authorise The AI Bloke to read campaign data and execute changes that you explicitly approve. We do not make changes without your approval.
You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts from your portal or revoking OAuth permissions in your Google and Meta account settings.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via BECS direct debit or credit/debit card through Stripe. A 14-day free trial applies to new subscriptions.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We provide recommendations based on data analysis. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from approved campaign changes. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and your product or service.
Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
We collect and process your advertising account data, business information, and contact details as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Campaign data is used solely to provide the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we cease operating. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
